Joe Mauer added to his already career high 25 home runs last night in Arlington, TX. He now has surpassed his career high by 12 home runs with a month and a half left in the baseball season while only playing in 94 games this year (he spent time on the DL to start the season). The most important amazing thing about Mauer's 25th bomb is the elite class of baseball greats who have also accomplished hitting 25 or more home runs while still hitting over .380.

That very small and prestigious class includes: Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio, Lou Gehrig, Babe Ruth. Our own Joe Mauer...among the greatest of ALL TIME.

Can Mauer hit 30?
